"Hi, State Farm is awesome! I worked with Dillan for estimates etc- and my rate was cut in half literally! I was shopping, and the other company’s did not even come close to the price. "Spoke with David twice looking for new insurance. So so horribly rude. Great prices I really wanted to switch but he won't even let you finish a sentence. You need your insurance agent to have your back when things are at their worst and he won't even let you talk then talks down to you like you're too stupid to understand that his bad attitude is a direct reflection of the treatment you can expect when you need help. I would definitely pay a little more (and I will) to get consideration and RESPECT from your insurance agent. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for insurance needs. They certainly will be no help when you need them. As he stated while I was still just looking for coverage " I'm not a client yet" so I guess I don't deserve any respect or civility. Will definitely be looking elsewhere. No consideration before even becoming a client is definitely a huge red flag."
